Most items are shipped from our store in Spartanburg, SC and will arrive within five business days of our receiving your order. Custom-manufactured items shipped directly from the manufacturer arrive within one to two weeks. Oversize items typically take longer to deliver and sometimes require more postage.

Our method of shipping is UPS and an actual street address is needed for delivery. You can select to expedite your shipping if you need to do so, and the charges will increase based on the method you have chosen.
